What we collect
- Estimate requests: the address you search, the area you trace, your project answers, the estimate shown, and the name, email and (optional) phone number you send.
- Photos you choose to upload of your driveway.
- Consent records: if you tick the call/text box, the exact wording, the time, and your IP address.
- Contractor early-access signups: company name and work email.
- Anonymous usage stats: which steps of the site and estimate tool get used (for example, opening the demo or finishing a trace), tied to a random per-visit id. No names, emails or IP addresses.
How we use it
To show your estimate, email it to you, and pass your request to a local paving contractor so they can follow up. Contractors may email you about your request; they call or text only if you ticked the consent box. We use contractor signups only to contact you about PaveSnap. We don't sell personal information.
Photos and AI
Uploaded photos are analyzed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to describe the driveway's condition, and are sent to the contractor with your request. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn't train on this data. Please avoid including people or license plates in photos.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Anthropic (photo analysis), and Esri (maps, satellite imagery and address lookup). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Retention and your choices
We keep estimate requests and photos only as long as needed to handle your request and run the service. To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw call or text consent, email privacy@pavesnap.com. You can also reply STOP to any text.
Children
PaveSnap is for adults and isn't directed at children under 13.
